Small agricultural excavators are widely used in various large and medium-sized construction sites and can be used for finishing after the work of large excavators. It is also applicable to some small sites, such as gardens, fruit trees, vegetable greenhouses, tea gardens, agricultural gardens and other environments, which are used to dig pits, plant trees, dig roots, dig ditches, level channels and so on.

Small agricultural excavators are multi-purpose for digging tree pits and ground bases. The following describes the application fields of small excavators:

1. Municipal Engineering: in municipal construction, digging ditches and landfill pipelines is essential. Small excavators are popular with users because of their small size and flexible mobility.

2. Rural housing and highway construction: when building houses in rural areas, it is necessary to manually excavate the trenches and drainage channels of water supply and drainage pipelines. Now these tasks can be solved by small excavators, which not only reduces the labor intensity of workers, but also greatly improves the construction speed.

3. Horticulture: the environment of agricultural horticulture is relatively small. There are often crops and crop saplings around. In agricultural garden construction, it is impossible to use large machinery for excavation and trenching. Small excavation is just right.

4. High altitude dangerous operation: we often see some small excavators working on cliff buildings or post disaster reconstruction.

Use measures of small excavator:

1. Small excavators are transferred to the construction site and transported by flat trailer.

2. Sleepers or pads shall be placed on the walking and working sites of small excavators if the ground is soft. Subgrade treatment or track shoe replacement shall be carried out in swamp area.

3. During the excavation operation of small excavator, except for the loose soil, the working surface shall not exceed the large excavation height and depth specified by the performance of the machine. During operation, the crawler of small excavator shall be at least 1 ~ 1.5m away from the edge of the working face.

4. Before starting, check the working equipment, traveling mechanism, protective equipment of each department, hydraulic transmission parts and electrical equipment to confirm that they are completely intact before starting.

5. There shall be no pedestrians and obstacles in the operation area. Sound a hint before excavation, and try excavation for several times. The operation can be started only after it is confirmed to be normal.

6. In case of large solid stones or obstacles, excavation can be carried out only after removal. It is not allowed to break stones and frozen soil with a bucket or gnaw hard with one side bucket teeth.

7. Protective measures shall be taken when excavating cliffs. Loose boulders shall not be left on the working face. If there is a risk of collapse, it shall be handled immediately or the small excavator shall be evacuated to the area.

8. During operation, excavate after the standby body stops stably. The bucket shall not be lifted or lowered too violently, and shall not collide with the frame or crawler during lowering.

9. During loading, the bucket shall be placed as low as possible and shall not bump against the car. Do not load the car until the car has stopped steadily or the bucket has to jump over the cab and the driver has not left.
